LET'S GO
As someone who’s actually from the working class, I’ve experienced firsthand the struggles of everyday life. I have faced layoffs, stood in unemployment lines, and lived paycheck to paycheck. Early in our marriage, me and my wife, of 27 years, relied on WIC benefits with our first child. When work wasn’t in our area, I traveled out of town, sometimes weeks or months away from my family to make sure we kept a roof over our heads, clothes on our backs, and food on the table.
